~Sunday Stroll~

We are on our annual Laguna Beach vacation and we are having so much fun! We came for my little sisters high school graduation and we are staying on for the summer near my parents house in a rental! We look forward to this trip every year. Jason left after the graduation and is home with Emmie as she is attending summer school. We worked VERY hard to get her into this program not knowing for sure whether or not we would be here in Laguna for the summer. I am missing her so much and can't wait to see her soon! We stayed with my parents while finding a house and Ava has been having a BLAST with all her cousins. My parents live in a "Leave it to Beaver" neighborhood and it has this amazing park just down the street with tennis and basketball courts and the kids are LOVING it. All the kids were trying to catch a stray bunny hopping through the park. You don't see this in Gilbert, thats for sure! Instead you see.... Roadrunners, scorpions and coyotes! But, this doesn't change that I am still an Arizona girl! So, we took a Sunday afternoon stroll to enjoy the beautiful day..... Happy Sunday!

This sunburn makes my heart ache, I surely didn't feel like mother of the year at church! People kept asking me what happened to my poor baby?!?

Looks so fun..I can't wait to get there and see all you guys
my pediatrician said it's better to put sunblock than have them get burned. She said to put it on the parts that are exposed to sun and to not put it by their eyes and hands as they put their hands in their mouth.
I'm bringing one of those baby tents that blocks the sun. you can use it too if you want. You should get one since you spend summers at the beach every year. I found mine at onestepahead .com

Looks like so much fun! My doctor said that aveeno makes a new sunblock that goes on like baby lotion and is as gentle as water. I haven't tried it yet, but I am going to buy some for Cali. Poor baby, syd got a bad sunburn when she was little so I know how you feel.
