You don't know me, but I found your blog through Nichole Barney's blog. I have read some of your entries and just want to tell you that you seem like an incredible person. So full of stregth, insight, optimism, and wisdom beyond your years. Keep it up and hope all goes well with you and your baby and delivery.

Happy Birthday to Emmie! I can't believe that she is 6 years old! Where does the time go? I will never forget the day she was born. It has been amazing to see what she has brought to your family. You are so blessed to have that special spirit with you.

I love the video. It is hard not to get emotional watching it. Loved the pic of Jason and Emmie.
It is amazing what these sweet spirits can bring into our lives. Our ones with these physical challenges are the ones we ache for the most, but surely are the strongest and closest to our Savior. What a strong family you guys are.

I am curious about how your schooling situation turned out and would love to ask you a few questions, when you have a minute. I am sure you have lots of those free minutes - ha ha... beautiful pics...xoxo-amy alder peterson

Emmie is soo sweet. Did I ever tell you about the time I asked Nixon about Emmie. We were still new in the ward. I thought Emmie was in Nixon's primary class. I asked him if Emmie was sick...he looked right at me so serious and said, "she's not sick mom...she is very, very special."
He is right she is so special. What a blessing that Nixon could learn that lesson at such a young age.

What a beautiful angel you have. She has the prettiest eyes! She is so lucky to have you as her mother. We do learn so much from our children. I know I have. I hope to see you and your little girls someday. I remember you when you were little. The time has passed by so quickly. I have some pictures of you at Heather's Birthday party. I think she was around four then. You two were such cuties! And look at you now! wonderful mothers! I'm proud of you both.
